Notes:

· All Prices exclude GST.

· Rates are subject to price increases.

· All prices are inclusive of Fuel Considerations and there are no additional Levies.

· Standard deliveries are for business to business addresses. Deliveries to residential addresses are not available to all suburbs and states. If a residential delivery is available, there will be additional charges on top of the standard pallet rate.

· Standard Pallet definition: 1.2x1.2x2.4m - 1000KG - Metro Deliveries

· Standard Pallet definition: 1.2x1.2x2.2m - 1000KG - Regional Deliveries

· Pallet Rates are for Forklift provided at pickup and receiving. Hand unloading and Tail-lift use will be charged additionally.

· Any variation to the dimensions will be charged another pallet rate and to the weight will be charged at a pro rata rate above 1 Tonne.

· The Maximum pallet height across between metro cities is 2.4m

· The Maximum pallet height across regional deliveries is 2.2m

· Maximum height across all regional states (Regional VIC, QLD, SA, NSW, WA) is 2m

· Tailgates and Hand unloads in VIC and SA are 780 kilos max for weight and maximum height 1.8m. Electric Pallet Jack will be added where the weight is over the maximum.

· Tailgates and Hand unloads in NSW metro are 800 kilos max for weight and maximum height 1.8m. Electric Pallet Jack will be added where the weight is over the maximum.

· Tailgates and Hand unloads in QLD are 750 kilos max for weight and maximum height 180cm. Electric Pallet Jack will be added where the weight is over the maximum.

· If hand unloading is booked or required upon delivery, and breakdown goods exceed 25 Kg each, a Tail-Lift will need to be booked prior, or will be used and charged to ensure the safety of the unloaders upon delivery.
